When using another SMS app for ACT, I thought “there’s got to be something better out there”. Although some other apps are free and may achieve the basics in terms of connecting ACT to SMS contacts, they lack robustness, ease of use and support. I was then fortunate to find ACT Mobile Messenger. After now using ACT Mobile Messenger for many months on a daily basis, I am more than happy with it’s extra features and functionality. More importantly, I have experienced the technical support on initial install and ongoing feature enhancements to be exceptional. I have often been promised great technical support at the time of purchasing a product. However, the people from ACT Mobile Messenger really do deliver great support and care about their end users. If your using ACT and want to make the most of your SMS capability, I recommend you try ACT Mobile Messenger. It’s the best productivity investment I’ve made in some time!

Duane and the Act Mobile Messenger product are truly a game changer. Having the ability to touch my customers or prospects in another way verses just email or a phone call. I now have the ability to reach out easily on their birthday, give them an update on status of their order, plan a follow up campaign with Act Smart Tasks and their responses end up in my database so that I have a record of the conversation and the "touches" that I have sent so follow up is a breeze. Duane has helped set with set up and I have no issues on the his customer service follow. If you have Act and you want to stay current with your customers you need this product. Thanks Again.

I wanted to take time to thank you for the extra Mile to assist me with my Act integration to your Add-on on, Act Mobile Messenger.
I Know that your Product is in no way the reason I needed any assistance to begin with. It is because of my Act System Being so Overly Customized, that you had to step in in the 1st place. However that in no way kept you from plugging away at the issue until you had Me and my System up and Running. I am aware that you Spent way too much time to make my yearly Subscription in any way profitable to you. If I had to calculate service/value versus price, I would say that I am ahead for the next 10 years…
Not for one second did I get the impression that my little 1 man Operation/Company was not significant enough to get your personal Hands on Service. If I can even half way copy your efforts, I will ensure a very happy list of customers at my end.

This was spectacular service, above and beyond What We would have expected.
