Continue the conversation when your customer replies
Once you start text messaging your contacts it is inevitable that they will reply. In fact text messaging is a far more responsive medium than email. That is why you will need both message notifications and possibly a chat screen to reply to your contacts and continue the discussion. You will also most likely want to record what was discussed in the contacts notes or history.
